treat 5 mark questions as 2 separate paragraphs.

    Definition - 2 marks

  8. Dear All

The post-it notes you left up around the room are below - sorry I cannot attribute them to any person as there were no names on them - but thanks for taking the time.

    Definitions:
Split the term in half and explain each, them as a whole eg. Social / Inequality

    5 mark questions:
    Define then explain
    2 marks - then 3 marks
    Treat it as two paragraphs

    Revision Generally:
    Short bursts
    Use the revision timetable
Record yourself saying key terms and listen to it before you go to sleep
Flash cards with definition, theories etc
    Get people to test you
    Test friends or each other
    Revise in quiet places
Only include relevant detail in answers
    Revise!
Use colour to revise - it might help you remember
Think effectively - quality not quantity
Look at the mark, think how many minutes you should be spending on the question eg. 4 marks = 4 minutes
